Return & Exchange Policy
Exchanges / Returns

We will gladly accept an exchange if purchased directly from our website.
​
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, undamaged items within 21 days of the item postmark. Email support@underwayhatco.com with your order # to begin an exchange or return. We will deduct the cost of shipping on any return item.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing your return, some delays may occur.
Please note, all sale items are final sale.

DAMAGED PRODUCT

Underway Hat Co. will replace any product(s) that are damaged when originally received.
​
Customers will need to send an email to our support team at support@underwayhatco.com within 5 days of receiving their order, along with your order #, and provide a picture of the damaged product(s).
​
Once reviewed by our support team you will be sent an email with a code for your store credit amount (along with shipping costs included) for the product that was damaged upon receipt. That code can then be used to place another order.
